Conal Doyle was lead counsel in a traumatic brain injury case that resolved in 2025 for $16,310,000.  The plaintiff was 69 years old at the time of the injury and the past medical bills in the case were approximately $11,000.  There was no future life care plan or wage loss.  The plaintiff was discharged from the hospital on the day of incident and returned to work within a week.  He was diagnosed with a moderate TBI and suffered balance and cognitive issues that affected his daily living.
